Cross Country
Instructor: Anderson/Cresbaugh
Cross Country is a wonderful sport for boys and girls who enjoy running. It helps students maintain good physical condition and helps students develop pride in themselves. At meets, students run trails that measure around 1.5 miles. During our weeks of practice, we run hills, do speedwork, and build up our stamina running longer distances.
